Flamenco Vivo was created in 1991 at the instigation of the Flamenco singer-songwriter and musician Luis de la Carrasca. The creation of the Company was more than just an artistic project for him: it was a way to get closer to his Andalusian culture, and therefore this project is marked by authenticity and passion.

At first Flamenco Vivo only refered to the shows Luis de la Carrasca created between 1991 and 1998. With the growing recognition of his work, it became the name of his Company. And that was the beginning of a great adventure.

In his Company Luis de la Carrasca integrates young talented artists whom he acompanies towards profesionalism. Among those artists, many of them are Andalusian immigrants who contribute to develop the Flamenco Art and a culture dear to them.
